Below are two versions of the same information with different visual hierarchies. The top map was produced using the "Autolayout" feature of Cmap. The bottom was manually created. Both are acceptable as they capture the inherent structure of the information. Below the maps is the text (4.5 pages) from which the maps were derived. Read the text and look at the maps for an example of how to turn text into a map.
