Select in-class activity

We may occasionally do an in-class activity designed to help us meet the learning objectives of this course.  These activities will not be on the course calendar and may or may not be announced prior to the start of class.  The successful completion of some of these activities, which may simply be participating in the activity, may result in points added to your grade.  However, not all in-class activities will result in additional points.  I will announce in class if additional points will be provided for the activity.  

P.S. This is another reason coming to class is important!
